Is a budget estimate a confirmed price?
No. It depends on the information, scope and technical confirmation.
Does turnkey include everything?
Not automatically. Civil works, utilities, access, programming, training and acceptance must be stated in scope.
How does a pilot differ from production?
A pilot tests agreed conditions or performance; it is not a declaration of production readiness.
Can ALALA certify every project legally?
Legal certification requires the applicable authority, authorized professional and evidence for that work.
