1. Public Website Terms of Use

Access to and use of the public website, including downloading knowledge dissemination documents and using ALALA's engineering calculators, is subject to user acceptance of analysis standards for academic and engineering purposes; program simulation data shall not be modified or exploited without authorization.

2. Portal Security Restrictions and Data Protection Rights

Unauthorized system intrusion, database access, or unauthorized use of customer, partner, or investor private portals; unauthorized data retrieval, extraction, mining, or access to ALALA's patented and intellectual property data (prices, suppliers, codes) constitutes a serious violation of security policy and computer usage terms. The company will pursue legal action and immediately suspend account access.

3. RFQ Submissions

Users agree that data and equipment specifications submitted through the system for Request for Quotation (RFQ) are accurate information collected by the project owner or assigned engineer. ALALA will use technical screening processes to select appropriate technologies and design cost-effective solutions according to official standards.
